Perhaps no sport has celebrated the individuality of its athletes more than baseball. Entire books have been written on the subject, but this page focuses on the "Freaks, Flakes & Flukes" of the Houston Astros. Although the 'stros are not steeped in history to the extent of, say the Yankees or Cardinals, this page memorializes their excellent representation in the category of bizarre personalities.
