If you need source code for Visual Basic, Java, C/C++, or ASP, Planet Source Code lives up to its name. The Planet is split into "worlds," one for each language, and each has its own search engine, bulging code database, forums, contests, and more. The code comes from the users of the site, and therefore you get all levels of difficulty, from "Hello VB" to zip files containing complete applets, classes, projects, and apps. Every snippet is user-rated, lists the number of downloads and other submissions by the author, and has its own forum directly below, where you can post comments or ask the author a question. Interesting submissions generate some lively discussion. It's a bustling Planet, and it's HUGE.
