Cartooning for Kids

Not a lot of bells and whistles to this site, but no distracting ads or blinking lights either. The cartooning lessons are broken down into easy steps and the reading level is appropriate for elementary school-aged children. In other words, parents don't have to hover around to "help." They might want to though, if, like me, they find this site to be intriguing and fun. A warning: If your child is into Japanese anime, this site might not satisfy him or her.
