Website Design Resources

I was pleasantly surprised by this website, (a college for women in MA), when I searched under AltaVista with the keywords "website design resources." This site came up as #1, which is quite an achievement, due to the ever-growing numbers of related website and HTML tutorials online now. But aside from being #1, more important were the resources found there. They have a nice compact list of links to very useful and interesting website developing sites. Everything from beginner to advanced HTML, CGI, JAVA, Perl, Graphics, and Shareware/Freeware. The sites they link to have quite a diversity of topics, all relating to website development. So if you are in need of learning how to create a website or how to learn new skills for your website development, this is a good starting point. Another site I highly recommend is http://www.hotwired.com , which offers free online tutorials on many subjects, such as shockwave, flash and XTML. This site is right on the pulse of the Net (they're related to Wired magazine and the Hotbot search engine), so one can safely say they know what they are talking about.
