If I could recommend just one writers' newsletter to subscribe to out of the gazillion available, Inscriptions would be that one. It's a free weekly electronic newsletter for writers, including articles on the art of writing, interviews, markets, contests, and a marvelous selection of job opportunities in the writing and publishing business. The jobs section includes listings for journalists, proofreaders, editors, web content managers, freelance writers and more. Some newsletters I allow to sit until I have a spare minute or two. Inscriptions I read as soon as it comes in--and you should too.
