RADIOSHACK DITCHES TANDY TAG

The forty-year-old family name Tandy Corporation has been replaced in favor of RadioShack Corporation. And on the New York Stock Exchange, TAN has been replaced by RSH. Why? To catch the attention of investors. RadioShack is a well-known brand name in the American market. Tandy is not.
