WHO ARE THE REAL VICTIMS OF FRAUD?

With the recent e-mail scare, The Love Bug, it made me stop and think about my activity on the Internet. The security of online shopping being my biggest concern, I started searching for some reassurance. I came across this article, which gave me some information in case my credit card number is stolen online or off.
