REVIEWS FOR NON-SNOBS

The one thing that endlessly frustrates me about wine reviews is, well, the reviewers. Who can trust the opinion of someone who doesn't actually swallow the stuff? (My apologies to all professionals.)As an ordinary person with a limited knowledge of wine (but a huge taste range), I loved this site. It was set up by a group of friends who regularly review wines and then post their "amateur" opinions. Also, should you be so inspired, it even includes some recipes for making your own wine from bizarre ingredients such as tree sap. I think I'll leave that up to the true professionals.
