I have been wanting to take a yoga class for a long time to discover the mysterious energy, strengthening and relaxing effects so many yoga enthusiasts swear by. Well, here is the perfect alternative for those of us who are too busy to add another fitness class to our lives--a descriptive slide show that demonstrates the sun-salute yoga program. It is supposed to energize you for the day when done in the morning, and bring a peaceful, rejuvenating sleep when done in the evening. Now, we can save time and avoid buying costly videos.
