Accenthealth.com has an interesting and helpful tool that assists you in evaluating your current health status, as well as educating you in key areas. While the profile takes a while to fill out, I think it's worth it even if all you do is think about the questions as you answer them. It asks for your exact blood pressure and cholesterol, but those items are optional...not something I have memorized. you might want to look them up ahead of time to get a better profile.
