SimCity, SimLife, SimEarth, SimAnts, SimTower, SimFarm, and The Sims. Does Maxis ever stop for breath? Apparently not. SimCity 3000 is the long-awaited update to SC2K, and a thousand-fold increase in version numbers can't explain the phenomenal leap in game play and graphics. "Phenomenal," in fact, is not a strong enough word. This in-depth review covers many strong points as well as weak points of the new game. The only thing more you could wish for was more and better screen shots, because this tiny glimpse will make you hungry for more.
