Top » Education: Reference & LearningTHIS LAND IS YOUR LANDSite: http://www.nationalatlas.govHere is an atlas put together by the US Geological Survey. View maps of all 50 states--or one state at a time--then select what sort of regional information you'd like to view. There are informational "layers" for biology, boundaries, environment, geology, people, and transportation. Each of these topical layers is broken down into many sub-layers of information. This is an ongoing project and information is updated on a monthly basis. A few of my favorite maps were digitized Ariel photography, scenic rivers and federal Indian lands, to name just a few. Put aside a little time and enjoy yourself learning about these different perspectives of the United States. Thu, 01 Jun 2000 08:29:43 -0700 Submitted by: Bob Zwick
