Federal anti-drug grants are strewn among 7 cabinet departments (HHS, Education, HUD, Justice, Labor, Transportation, and Treasury), and various offices, desks, and other "points of contact." But visit the White House Office on National Drug Control Policy ( http://www.whitehousedrugpolicy.gov/policy/grants/contents.html ) for links to ALL (they claim) federal drug programs, plus some foundation-funding sources. A seven-gun salute for General Barry McCaffrey, the drug czar!!!
