Is the future in M-Commerce ?

M-commerce? I hear you saying, "not another buzz word to learn!" I would pay attention, however, to the rise of mobile commerce, particularly in Europe and Asia, where technology is sometimes two- to three generations ahead of the United States. This New York Times article talks about the boom in M-commerce paymets in Europe, specifically in Prague. For example, in Prague, today, you can walk up to a Coke Machine, point your mobile phone at it, order a Coke and have the 50 cents charged to your phone bill. Imagine never needing to have change again! Read this article and you'll begin to realize that not all Internet innovations are located in the US.
