In the latter, the art in itself is gentle, but like any martial art, it is also deadly, as you are able to channel energy from an opponent back to him in any confrontation. This site is unique, as they have take the pains to feature, step by step, the required movements of this art, so that you may practice them at home. Some of the moves are even animated to give you a clearer idea on how to execute the movements. Overall it is a commendable effort to give you an idea on what Taichi is all about.
