A dummy's guide to French wine

Wine is a very serious subject--until you drink it. Then wine is loud, obnoxious and filled with passion-- very much like the French. It is no wonder then that the French and wine go together like Tweedledee and Tweedledum. This website offers phonetic spellings for all French words included, as well as links via a map to the official regional wine websites of France. You never know when you might need to impress your friends and other gullible people. Aside from the useful content, I simply adored the cartoon drawings. What a change from the usual pictures of grapes and vines and so on! It is well worth a peek, even if it is just to see the drawings. Chin chin!
