I will let them tell you what it is. It is good eating, though. There are other recipes for strange southern food. This site is all about YA'LL. Oh, and by the way, kudzu is a grass that takes over everything that gets in its path. One time the story was out that it was a cure for certain diseases. If this is true, they won't have to worry about running out.
