A Laugh in the Face of Rejection

Site: http://www.linkline.com/personal/bbyun/rejection/index.html

Here's a guy who has definitely turned his lemons (in this case rejection slips) into lemonade. This site is a great balm for the wounded author. Its primary focus is to poke gentle fun at the experience of rejection, yet it also manages to offer some encouraging words. This brave soul has posted some of his actual rejection slips, from both well-known and obscure publications. There is also a page about rejections of famous writers, which manages to be simultaneously depressing and uplifting. Then there is the Ultimate Rejection Slip, what every rejected writer would love to see–-certainly good for a long laugh. Visiting this site is like group therapy. Misery loves company, so go pay it a visit!
