It's Time to Make the Switch

Hey there, network administrator. Are you planning on buying a 10/100 Ethernet Hub? My friend, hubs went out with the Pentium II Processor. This is the age of switches. Before I go any further, you might be asking me why you should choose a switch over a hub. Well, according to our friends at PC Magazine, hubs will cost you more in the long run, and they share a single channel. So if someone wants to listen to their favorite radio station (say, at edge.passport.ca) over the Net, the LAN chokes. Now I'll bet you're wondering which is the right switch for you.
