'Tis the season for photographing spectacular gardens in bloom. Before you pose your posies, you might want to peruse these garden photography tips from Jane Grushow. For example, did you know that it's better to simply smell the roses than to photograph them on a sunny day? The best garden photos are captured on cloudy or even misty or rainy days. Grushow also gives sage advice on using a tripod and selecting the correct film for garden shots. Follow her suggestions, and all of your images are bound to come up roses.
