FUNBRAIN: A PLAY PLACE FOR YOUR BRAIN

FunBrain is a free Internet site with educational games. These games are organized into the following subject areas: Numbers, Words, Universe, Culture, Extra, and All Subjects. Under each subject area, there are several games to enhance educational skills. There are enough games to provide hours of fun learning. This site also has a section for teachers where they can administer paperless quizzes using a section called QuizLab. These quizzes are graded online and the results are sent to the teacher via e-mail. Also, parents are able to play the games with their children and to monitor them to assess their skill level. By having parents work directly with their child, it creates a bridge between home and school. FunBrain proves that learning can indeed be fun. Try it and you will agree!
