ovaries in the freezer

Site: http://www.newsweek.com/nw-srv/topnews/daily/daily/sept99/ovarie

Newsweek and the Washington Post online report that researchers have "restored fertility in a menopausal woman by reimplanting into her abdomen several pieces of her ovaries that had been removed and frozen when she was younger." Now that's interesting. The procedure is currently designed to allow those who may damage ovaries due to cancer or other treatment regain use of the overies. It does require serious planning...take out pieces of you while you are yourng and put them back later. I like it. If only I froze part of my brain 10 years ago ;-) Kevin Lee
