TOP 100 WINES

Here's an interesting list--the top 100 wines for under $50, ranked by top chefs. I especially appreciate the price limit on this list, because it makes the wines more accessible if I find a recommendation that I'd like to try. The list reports "average rating" and "score" for each wine, but unfortunately doesn't explain these values. The number of raters is also reported; pay attention to this number, as a wine rated by 70 tasters probably comes with a truer recommendation than one rated by only five or six. Each of the wines has a "rate me" link, so that you can throw in your own two cents; there's also a link to a forum for suggestions and general discussions. Another interesting sideline: the top 100 chefs and top 100 restaurants are also listed!
