AN INSIDERS VIEW ON WINE

As a rule, I don't read wine magazines--all that snobbery is enough to put me off wine, maybe even forever. Travesty! So, I was pleasantly surprised when I happened to fall upon a wine magazine's web site that is actually devoid of all snooty scoffing and nose-lifting. The site does have some inside info on the South African wine industry, which will be filed away as meaningless dinner conversation. But what makes it truly worthwhile is the appreciation section. I just love those idiot proof "how to" tips. It gives me enough ammunition to survive a year's worth of wine tasting unscathed and "unsnobbed." So, if you need to stock up on your wine info and level the playing field somewhat, this site is definitely for you.
