CNET’s Builder.com caters to all shapes and sizes in the web authoring population. New, full-length articles are added daily to an impressive library, which spans everything from WYSIWYG editors (Mac and PC), to the latest on XML. You’ll find jobs, reviews, events, downloads (Builder.com is linked to CNET’s Download.com and Shopper.com), and just about anything else relating to websites. The only weakness to be found on this otherwise brilliant site is the advertising banners, which fill every ounce of free space left over from the bombardment of top-class information.
