"CINDERELLA, DRESSED IN YELLA...."

The USA Amateur Jump Rope Federation has a lively website designed to encourage people to learn more about this heart-healthy sport. Information on how to join (whether youth, family or coach), tournament locations, camps and workshops are all here. A nifty addition is an animated graphic showing some of the more complex jumps seen in competition. There's also a section on Featured Jumpers, which this month happens to the team from my alma mater, Texas A&M. For those looking for even more information, products such as guides and videos are also available.
