NEW YORK JEWISH SPORTS HALL OF FAME

This delightful little website lists brief biographies and photos of the 51 athletes inducted into the New York Jewish Sports Hall of Fame since it was founded in 1993. The list includes all-star baseball players like Hank Greenberg and Sandy Koufax, coaches like Red Auerbach and Norm Drucker, and events promoters like Fred Lebow, founder of the New York City Marathon. The site design could be improved by use of fewer colors--yellow is hard to read against a white background--and more detailed biographies would be useful. But all in all, this Hall of Fame is fun to read.
