PMS Test -- Evaluate your symptoms

PMS symptoms vary in every woman. Some lucky women don't even suffer from PMS. Here is a 10 minute test that evaluates the level of your symptoms from non-existant to extreme. Although the test is nothing more than a litmus test for your symptoms, I found it interesting and therapeutic to categorize my own symptoms. I also found it refreshing to know that I don't experience every PMS symptom out there, like sore throats. This test could also be helpful in providing specific information to your doctor or gynecologist.
