ARE YOU A CHILE HEAD?

The Chile Heads site is a great site for anyone who craves heat in their food. The website is based on knowledge accumulated from the many members of the Chile Heads mailing list. Everything related to chile peppers is included--from gardening advice and plant identification to event listings and, of course, scores of recipes. A searchable archive of the mailing list archive is included in case you need to find a recipe for pickled hot peppers, as I did, or one of many mouth-watering recipes for chili (the kind you eat with a spoon).
