NATIVE AMERICAN RECIPES

These recipes, from the Holbrook Indian School in Arizona, couldn't get much more authentic. They are traditional recipes, handed down through the generations, using traditional Southwestern ingredients. If you've never tried to cook Southwest Native American-style, this is a wonderful place to start. Once you taste your first Navaho Fry Bread, you'll be hooked for life! Don't let the simplicity of this site fool you, the recipes are first rate.
