Just none of the guys

The Christian Science Monitor has an interesting, small article on Simmons College in Boston, an all-women's college that has a business program. On the school's 100th aniversary, they are making a concerted effort to expand the program and include more than just the traditional curiculum. They include OB (Organizational Behavior) classes, specifically tailored to the issues women face in the workforce.
