$1 Billion Dollars? That's right, a single prize of $1 Billion. Contest ends December 26, 2000, and only 1 entry per person. Prize is paid out in installments with a balloon payment of 640 million in the 40th year. (The first 20 years are payments of 5 million. I think I can live with that!) It's a 7-number lotto draw.
