Free y2k Product Analyzer

This freeware, y2k_en.exe, is a 534KB program that scans the hardrive(s) of any Windows 95, 98, or NT computer and creates a detailed report of every program it finds that is listed and known to be Y2K compliant. It offers information like: "This program is not compliant. User Action is recommended, which may include loading a software update or accessing shared technology," and gives you a web address to get more information from Microsoft. It also lists important facts like BIOS name and version, Operating System and version, and CPU. The file y2kdben.txt, which is the list of all known compliant windows programs, is included with the download.
