Safety Not Inside

There are some disturbing articles on PIII's PSN. Intel online or offline can read "Processor Serial Number." (Offline has to be with specific installation software.) The idea of Intel being able to track the use and the user of their PIII's is a scary thought. There does not seem to be much public knowledge about the problems that this PSN has caused. But it did raise my eyebrows when I came upon the article. Review this article before switching to a PIII.
