Ok, so the Southwest Airlines website is a pretty ugly. It won't win a beauty contest. But having used several airline reservation online systems, this one wins hands down. It has enough sense to ask you what time of day you want to fly, not just the date. Plus, it shows you the next nearest flight, something that no other airline I have tried does. The order process is astoundingly easy, and if you have a fax, it will send you a confirmation fax within seconds of ticket purchase. Occasionally, there are good flight deals on the website, too. You'll never buy their tickets by phone again.
