It is circulated anywhere there is e-mail, in addition to various telecom forums on a variety of networks such as Compuserve and AOL, and other forums. It is also gatewayed to Usenet, where it appears as the moderated newsgroup "comp.dcom.telecom." Publisher Patrick Townson moderates with skill and good humor, and offers an incredible, well-indexed archive of almost twenty years of telecom, available for free for review and research.
