Run by the Collectors Club of Chicago, AskPhil is a terrific resource for stamp collectors of all levels. You can e-mail questions to the group directly, or scan the site's Q&A page to see if the answer to your question is already online. In addition, the site features a comprehensive resource library, filled with all kinds of information: a list of stamp publications from around the world, a glossary of terms, information on planning your estate, and listings of online auction houses. You'll find articles on selling stamps, soaking stamps, storing stamps, mounting stamps, and more. Definitely worth a bookmark.
