plan your room layouts

Site: http://www.living.com/room_designer/room_designer.jhtml

I was absolutely mesmerized by living.com's Room Designer function. Start by typing in the dimensions of your living room, dining room, bedroom, or home office. Then, choose from drop-down menus the type of generic furniture you'd like in your room (such as a queen-size bed, a round dining table, or a file cabinet). If you need some help, "room ideas" will provide living.com's suggested arrangements. You can then move, add, or take away furniture to your heart's content, and save your new abode for future reference. It's even possible to incorporate specific "wish list" furnishings you select from the merchandise living.com sells. If you're considering re-arranging a room or buying a significant new piece of new furniture, the Room Designer will help you find the best layout possible. It's a blast to use--and a whole lot easier than pushing that sofa across the living-room floor.
