Flea markets are where it's at

Site: http://search.nytimes.com/search/daily/bin/fastweb?getdoc+site+i

Probably in response to the robust economy, business at flea markets around the country is up both in terms of attendance and gross income. In this recent NYT article, Peter T. Kilborn profiles Traders' World, a giant year-round flea market in Ohio. Kilborn describes the changing trends in flea market merchandise, and explains the various methods vendors use to make worthwhile merchandise available for cheap. An interesting read for bargain hunters and garage-sale addicts of every stripe. Christy Stabin
