Get eCertified as a Java Programmer

Site: http://www.tekmetrics.com

Tekmetrics offers online examinations to test your skills and make them available to employers. They offer Java Programmer eCertification (as well as a host of other certificates), which does a fairly good job of determining your skills in Java and OO. If you're looking for a job, give this site a try. I took the test and was contacted by a staffing agency within a day or two because they had seen me and my score online (I specified that the information could be made avaliable). The test may take a while, so be prepared. Each question is timed, and besides a break between modules, you have to go right through it. The trick is to go take the test soon. On their website (after login), it states that though the practice tests are "free forever," the eCertification tests themselves (as well as their "Online Cert Prep" packages) are only "free for a limited time." Unfortunately, both for the prep courses and the sample tests, the only skill they are offering is VB.
