Gung Ho Archives

What do lighthouses, the Civil War, western images and Indians have to do with each other? Possibly nothing, except that they co-exist at "Gung Ho Archives." Billed as THE place to view over 8,000 images in these categories, Gung Ho also specializes in hand-printed sepia-toned photographs. When I loaded Civil War, I got a 250K detailed listing of images of everyone from Ambrose Burnside to Braxton Bragg. The Indian section, though not as exhaustive, contained many Edward Curtis-style photos that spanned Chief Joseph to Geronimo.
