With free e-mail, an intuitive interface, and TONS of music-related goings-on, in addition to info on many other topics, YACK.com made it into my "favorites" list in nothing flat. This is the top guide to Web-based entertainment. Go to YackMusic at http://www.yack.com/categories/Music/ , and you'll find a schedule of notable Web concerts and artist interviews taking place during the upcoming week. Although quite a few of the events that the sites mentions do require listeners to have a "high-speed" connection, I found plenty of events that a good 56k connection and Windows Media Player will handle just fine.
