When I saw the familiar red spoon I've seen on boxes and cookbooks my whole life, I knew I had found Betty Crocker online. The many informative sections include "Betty's Recipes," with an easy-to-use system to select the recipe category, as well as a terrific selection of recipes to choose from. In "What's for Dinner," Betty helps you plan a weekly dinner menu. Simply choose the link that suits your needs: from cooking for kids to adventuruous cooking. Betty then gives you a printable menu for the whole week, with the option to edit and substitute other recipes. You can even print a shopping list for all the ingredients! My other favorite section, "What's on Hand," allows you to select the ingredients you have on hand and find recipes using those ingredients. Very handy for those days when the cupboards are almost bare! This website has something for everyone from the beginner to the gourmet. Bon appetit!
