Good gravy! If only all beer pages were this detailed, we'd be a nation of brewers. The Hop Page is a superlative resource on everything related to--you guessed it--hops. You'll find an extensive essay on hop aroma and flavor, links to well-written growing guides, and much more, including two impressive (yet, at least to me, inscrutable) Bitterness Calculators. Professionals and home-brewing afficionados will no doubt find this a highly useful feature, although I remain baffled by terms like Alpha Acid Percentage and wort gravity. But then again, the site's Hop FAQ is amply equipped to provide the necessary answers to these and many, many other questions. Brewmeisters, do yourself a favor stop by the Hop Page--you'll be glad you did.
