Want to let your kids shop online without handing over your credit card? Steer them over to Doughnet.com, a free service that allows young'n's to e-spend either out of a cash account at a real online bank or via a "Credit Capacity Account" that allows them a certain amount of their parent's credit card limit. The site promises no mark-ups or funny business, just easy online access to cash within reasonable limitations. Account holders don't even have to be 18 to sign up. Unless they plan on spending all your money on cigarettes and whiskey, that is!
