Suicide is not a solution

Suicide is the second-leading cause of death for young people ages 15-19 in America today. Suicide kills teens three to six times more than homicide. This no-frills website, the Yellow Ribbon Project, contains stories from teenagers who have either been close to suicide or who have dealt with the suicide of a friend or loved one. It also has a huge library of links to resources on coping strategies, warning signs, help groups and survivor support groups. What an important site this is. Sometimes just knowing that thousands of other people are going through what you're going through can often be a comfort and help, and it can help you remember that depression is something you go through, it's not forever. Hopefully, many troubled teens will realize that after visiting the Yellow Ribbon site.
