Customers May Avoid Lines by Shopping Online

It's that time of the year again. After Thanksgiving weekend, the stores will be overflowing with bustling crowds of Christmas shoppers trying to find that perfect gift. Or maybe not. A Deloitte & Touche study on online customer satisfaction shows that most shoppers are happy with the service they've received online and plan to make heavy use of the Internet in their holiday shopping. And why not? As the article goes on to state, the number one reason to shop online is convenience. The doors never close, people can shop at midnight if they so choose, and there are never any lines. With that in mind, the article's conclusion that "internet shopping is not just for the holidays" should come as no surprise!
