If it's Java, it's on JavaWorld. This site is full of articles on Java news, tips & tricks, and editorials. It's a great way to keep up to date on the Java world, and keep your skills sharp in the fast-paced world of Java. Great advanced articles help you increase performance, use various frameworks, tips on architecture issues with EJBs, and other technologies. The layout of their site is not the most intuitive or navigable, but the content is valuable. They also have several newsletters available (industry, products, careers, security, jini, performance). The most useful feature on their website is the search box. They have many, many articles in the archives--search for just what you need, or look at the front page for what's newest. Also, if you're a Java guru and want to get published, they have information on how to have your article published on JavaWorld.
