This site is a well-organized an attractive online cookbook for California-type dishes. The recipes look really wonderful, and I wish I could try some out right now (but I'm too busy typing)! Each category, such as breakfast, soups, poultry, and pastas, contains many healthy recipes. Of course, they also have a large vegetarian section. Also featured are a variety of salads (great for hot summer days), the Readers' Top 10 Recipes, and new additions to the site. The Farmers' Market Index gives nationwide (US) locations of farmers' markets, which is very handy.
