This is one of those sites that has almost everything a food lover could want. Epicurious has one of the best search systems I have encountered, and the deeper one goes into the site the better it seems to get. You will find dazzling holiday recipes for everything from leftover turkey to Chanukah latkes. From the home page, click on "Eating" then "COMPLETE EATING INDEX" and you will be whisked to a page with more than 20 pull-down menus with everything from a millenium menu to Cranberry Coconut Layer Cake. Choose the "basics" button to learn about the Five Fundamentals: braising, broiling, poaching, roasting, and sautéing, with how-to photos to boot. Be sure and visit the International page where Jane and Michael Stern send "weekly postcards from the edge of culinary respectability" from all over the 50 states. Then be sure to visit the "Seasonal Cooking" pages that are filled with such mouth-watering recipes that you'll need to clean your keyboard.
